Serene Guest Retreat

Designer Ashley Yeates Lathrop creates a peaceful guest suite for the homeowners' business and personal guests. To reflect the ocean views, she brings a soothing color palette into the space and then mixes cozy furniture with a few rustic pieces for an eclectic cottage look.

Pretty Seating

In front of the bay window, Lathrop creates a sophisticated sitting area with a traditional-style chair and a tall side table with spiral legs. A coral-inspired lamp adds a beachy touch to this ocean-side guest suite.

Effortless Dining Area

A traditional round table is surrounded by ladder-back chairs for a simple yet elegant dining area.

Modern Bathroom

Dark floors contrast against the cream walls of the bathroom. Two pedestal sinks are paired with round mirrors and sleek lighting for a clean, contemporary design.
