One such space is this home's breezeway that accommodates two tables that seat four people. The tables are sturdy, weatherproof wicker with outdoor cushions for comfort, and, since they are protected by the breezeway roof, homeowners can use this space in rain or shine. To top off the elegance of the space, this outdoor dining area is situated directly in front of beautiful ocean views, making it the perfect location for a sunset dinner or sunrise breakfast.

The mirror is lit by a sconce, a light from above and the natural light from the window above to give this area of the bathroom the most even light. The makeup table is attached to six built-in cabinets that add extra storage to the space, maintaining the en suite's improved functionality.

The homeowners wanted a simple, elegant master bathroom that was still functional, just like the rest of their newly redesigned home, so designers created a beautiful space with a neutral color palette. White, tile floors and complementary white walls flow throughout the space reflecting the natural light let into the space from the large windows above the tub. Gray accent tiles on the floor add color and warmth to the bright space, complementing the gray countertops that finish off each vanity. Two separate vanities give each of the couple their own space, keeping the new space functional and organized.

This eat in chef's kitchen is every cook's dream. The elegant wood of the cabinets blends perfectly with the rich exposed beams in the ceiling that help to give the space the Moroccan inspired look the homeowners desired. To complement the wood, designers chose a natural colored tile for the kitchen's backsplash and a complementary travertine tile for the floors. Not only is this kitchen beautiful, though, it is also functional.
