Viva, Las Vegas!

Floor-to-ceiling windows line the perimeter of the home, affording a breathtaking view of the Las Vegas Strip below.

Seating Designed for Comfort

The custom-built lounger sofa measures at 10-feet wide by 6-feet deep, plenty of room for one (or several) to lie down without feet touching the ground.

Terra-Cotta Warrior Statue

To complete the captivating design in this Mandarin Oriental condo, decor was flown in from all corners of the globe. Among the dozens of one-of-a-kind pieces include Italian-sourced hand-painted aluminum panels covering the bar front and a 6-foot terra-cotta warrior statue from China.

Primed for Relaxation

The ultra-deep sofa and oversized swivel chairs provide a comfortable spot to take in a movie or watch the big game.

Zen Garden

This condo is full of luxurious textiles, rich color palettes, attractive textures and a daring mix of old and new.

In-Home Nightlife

Designer Lisa Escobar designed a sweeping bar to accommodate the homeowner's kegerator. The bar features a glass countertop, brass tap and sweeping view of the Strip.

Contemporary Furnishings

Contemporary furnishings relate well to the overall Asian design aesthetic.

Rich Textiles and Textures

Color-rich textiles and multifaceted textures cover every surface in the master retreat. Heavy weight window coverings help to keep out light and noise. The tēte-á-tēte sofa is covered in high-style jade iridescent fabric and is accented with silk and velvet throw pillows.

Authentic Artwork

A globally sourced custom mural originating from Thailand was made into a headboard, while metallic grass cloth wallpaper accents the space.

Modern Furnishings

The end tables on either side of the bed are modern and bring in the dark wood often incorporated in the Asian style, while the lamps on the end tables help give the room light and make the space feel larger.

Upcycled Elements

"I like giving a new life to something that's already lived before," designer Lisa Escobar says. "So I went downtown to and I shopped at these thrift stores and found this old bird cage and I upcycled it."

Spa-Like Bathroom

The beautiful, spa-inspired master bathroom is the ultimate place to relax. The double-sink vanity is custom made from zebra wood, which gives the space a more authentic look.

Open Storage

The cherry ladder in the space adds shelving for spa essentials. Those essentials are combined with vintage Asian accessories to give the space an underwater vibe.

Soaker Tub

A large soaker tub is tucked away behind a small wall so that bathers can still enjoy the view from the sky, but are also given a bit of privacy. The accents in the space also help to give it that private, spa feel.

Introducing Movement

Nearly 200 brass koi fish appear to swim away from the window and above the tub to create a sense of movement in the bathroom.

Soaking With a View

The bathroom is afforded the same stunning views of Las Vegas as the rest of the condo.

Attention to Detail

Meticulously designed with special attention placed in the tiniest of details, every surface was considered. This condo is full of luxurious textiles, rich color palettes, attractive textures and a daring mix of old and new.
