The main part of this modern kitchen is elegant and functional. Plenty of cabinet space provides storage for the homeowners, while a large kitchen island provides extra counter space, as well as extra seating. To give the otherwise neutral space a pop of color, a red accent wall was added to make the space warm and inviting. State of the art, stainless steel appliances, pendant lighting and clear barstools give the space a modern flair.

This elegant, modern bathroom is a funky, yet sophisticated space. When considering a renovation, the homeowners had several items on their wish list. The back stairs needed to be restored; the eat-in area needed to be updated, and the homeowners wanted the individual spaces in their home to be defined, so designers made these dreams a reality. The stairs that had been closed off have been renovated and are now functional. The eat-in area has been modernized by pushing the walls back to create more space and by adding a red accent wall and modern furnishings. To create the delineation homeowners wanted between spaces, designers dropped the ceiling to create a clear pathway from the front of the house to the back, giving each space its own separate area while still keeping the home connected.
