Venue8600, the headquarters for Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, has offices on the second floor for the organizational staff of the Associations. A contemporary lounge area full of sleek furnishings is a great spot for taking a break or informal meetings.
The restaurant is influenced by the courtyards, gardens and street markets of Mexico and Asia. PHX Architecture blurs the indoors and out with large windows, lots of natural light and even a beautiful tree in the middle of the dining space.

Neutral tones –– including a pair of chenille armchairs and a quilted comforter –– give this bedroom a relaxing feel throughout. The floor features ivory marble tiles, while the windows boast similarly-hued traditional curtains. A pair of glass paneled doors lead to the outdoor patio area.
A contemporary, concrete walkway leads through the gap in the retaining wall to the elegant, contemporary front door. The textured glass on the front door, as well as the retaining wall, lend some privacy to the home.
One of the biggest renovations of at The Country Club at DC Ranch is the stunning U-shaped bar. With backlit glass panes, leather barstools and casual Southwest atmosphere, the bar is the perfect place to grab a drink, socialize or catch the latest golf tournament.
