This new bedroom located on the second floor at the back of the home was previously the second floor bathroom and laundry area. The space has been transformed into a unique L-shaped bedroom with new wood floors, a large closet, bright wall colors, and an accent wall with a night city scene as wallpaper.
As seen on HGTV's Love It or List It, another children's bedroom is shown located on the third floor, above the master bedroom. The room has been completely updated with a bright mint color pallete, new wardrobe, and bed set. A new doorway was created to access the new powder room, located between the two rooms on this floor. This new master bathroom was located where the old second floor kitchen was previously. Double vanities, bright wall sconces, and large mirrors create plenty of space for the family. Storage was created under the vanities, and near the toilet opposite the shower. Textured gray ceramic tiles and clean white walls create a bright and modern atmosphere. A wall mounted towel warmer adds convenience and comfort.
As seen on HGTV's Love It or List It, the second floor bedroom addition features a bold new look. A new dresser is shown with an oval owl picture and other accents. New flooring, a new window and window treatments, graphic wallpaper and new furniture all work together to create a space perfect for a growing boy.

Connecting the kitchen and the dining room by tearing down a wall made way for open eating areas at the new breakfast bar and around the table, as seen on HGTV's Love It or List It. A built-in bench by the window provides extra seating without taking up extra space.
As seen on HGTV's Love It or List It, the new living room, located just off the front door entrance, occupies the old kids room and front parlour. The walls of the old parlour and living room have been removed to create an open concept floor plan on the first floor. The fireplace was painted white, a brick vineer was added, and a new mantle was installed. The stairway wall was widened slightly. New overhead lighting, window treatments, and personal effects of the home owners give the room a modern but eccletic look.
