In the last of the home's expansive bedrooms, designers made functional use of the space by creating a sleeping space, defined by a neutral, shag carpet, a sitting area that faces the beautiful view of New York City and a work space with a simple, modern desk.

The rooftop space gives the homeowners a beautiful space to entertain and watch the sunset. An outdoor kitchen makes barbecuing and entertaining easy, and, since it is located directly to the side of the outdoor dining area, the homeowners can serve their dishes at the height of freshness. Along the back rail, several cushioned lounges provide the perfect space for sunbathing or stargazing.
