A trio of white-and-chrome pendant lights highlight the large island, which pairs weathered wood with sleek white countertops. Nailhead-trimmed barstools allow for a casual dining spot, creating a family friendly kitchen.
Situated conveniently in the center of the home's open concept living spaces, the dining area comfortably seats eight and is the perfect space for enjoying a meal.
Dining space is maximized with this charming dining nook just off the kitchen. Built-in banquette seating accommodates more people in a smaller space. Darker gray and blue hues look beautiful against the bright white background. A large chandelier adds elegance without distracting from the calm, stylish design.
“Black and white is a classic combination that I will always love,” says designer Brooke Wagner. “Using greenery in a high-contrast black and white room is a great way to soften it up a little, while still keeping the palette neutral.”
Designers wanted this bedroom to feel large and open, so they created a focal point with the black French doors that let in plenty of natural light to warm the space, as well as add a touch of contrast to the neutral color palette.
This room is neatly bisected into a sitting area and a play area (complete with pool table!). Graphic gray-and-white wallpaper adds punch and several sets of French doors connect the room with an adjacent outdoor space.
For the family room designers brought in plenty of seating with the blue sectional, which adds a pop of color, white armchairs and a neutral colored ottoman that doubles as a coffee table. The white color palette and large windows throughout the space keep the room feeling bright and open, while the fireplace adds a touch of warmth. On either side of the fireplace, storage was added with a set of modern cabinets that can be moved in case the homeowners decide to rearrange their family's space.
A graphic accent wall pairs with carpet flooring to create texture in this transitional bedroom. An upholstered platform bed adds a clean, stylish touch, and glass French doors provide access to a private patio.
Make a statement in the entry with paint colors, furnishings and accents that are a sneak peek of what's featured throughout the house. Here, the gold and white combo of the lamp, ceiling and stools are deliciously fresh against charcoal gray walls.
In the foyer, a wall of windows from floor to ceiling brings in plenty of natural light making the home feel bright and open. Even with the large space, designers made the entrance of this home feel a little more intimate with simple, warm furniture that brings the home to life.
