The blend of textures in soothing neutral tones create a mix that is very inviting and balanced in this industrial front entryway. By deleting one and fabricating a new larger circular stair that goes from Crows Nest to the multipurpose room below, an open space was created that is functional and interesting.
This master bedroom was turned into a retreat by introducing a plan that incorporated drama without clutter, layering fabrics and adding warm tones on the wall. The hanging pendants injected the glamour and also provided the perfect frame for the headboard on the bedroom focus wall.
The neutral color palette shines throughout this great room. With a mix of textures and tones, the great room is the hub for the family members to relax. Recessing the flatscreen and inserting the firebox within the basalt wall enables the focus wall to remain clean and contemporary without distraction.
This guest bathroom was updated with a frameless glass enclosed shower, contemporary plumbing fixtures and sleek contemporary cabinetry. The existing octagonal window was incorporated in the newly renovated bath by introducing octagonal glass accent tile.

The focus of any bedroom starts with the bed: This king-sized one is outfitted with a full-motion memory foam mattress that raises both head or feet and employs in-mattress massage for maximum relaxation. The coverlet is silk, the shams and pillows are soft white fur.
